Founder
Jarazet has spent 15+ years leading large-scale technology projects for Fortune 500 companies across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, and has seen firsthand how AI initiatives fail when people are left out of the process. She founded WE ARE IN AI™ to change that. A design thinker, agile leader, and innovation strategist, she bridges technology and business to deliver measurable impact, embedding human-centered practices across complex global organizations.
She developed the WIN AI™ methodology and SPHERES™ dimensions, and her mission is to establish Human-Centered AI as the gold standard for how technology is built. An active voice in the field, she is the organizer of San Diego's first Human-Centered AI Forum, bringing a human-centered approach to how organizations adopt and scale AI.
Jarazet specializes in democratizing complex innovation tools. A design thinking expert, she has taught across global forums including IDEO U, and she is an Adjunct Professor at UC San Diego Extended Studies and a subject matter expert and mentor at the UCSD Blackstone LaunchPad program. She holds advanced professional training in AI-Native Products, Enterprise AI, Go-to-Market Strategy, Human-Centered AI, and Vibe Coding, reflecting her commitment to continuous innovation at the intersection of technology and human experience.
