Founder
Jarazet is a design thinker, agile leader, and innovation strategist with 15+ years of experience leading large-
scale technology projects for Fortune 500 companies across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. She has
bridged technology and business to deliver measurable impact, embedding human-centered practices,
driving innovation, and improving EBITDA across complex global organizations.
A Design Thinking expert who has taught across global forums including IDEO U, Jarazet serves on the
Advisory Board of UCSD’s Project Management program and as a Mentor at the UCSD Blackstone LaunchPad.
Jarazet specializes in democratizing complex innovation tools. Through her proprietary frameworks and her
role as a subject matter expert she empowers leaders to build responsible, scalable solutions that prioritize social
responsibility alongside technical excellence.
Having witnessed firsthand how AI initiatives fail when people are left out of the process, she founded
WEARE IN AI™ and developed the WIN AI™ methodology and SPHERES™ dimensions. Her mission is to establish
Human-Centered design and Responsible AI as the gold standard for how technology is built.
She is on a mission to equip leaders and teams to move Responsible and Human-Centrred AI from
principle to practice and to build the next generation of purpose-driven organizations through innovation,
agility, and human connection. As a pioneer in the field, Jarazet is building a category-defining Responsible
AI platform that ensures human agency and responsability are at the core of the AI lifecycle.
