Terms & Conditions — San Diego Responsible AI Forum
By registering for and attending the San Diego Responsible AI Forum, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before completing your registration.
1. Media Release I grant permission to WE ARE IN AI™ and the venue host to photograph and/or record video, audio, and other media at the event. WE ARE IN AI™ may use these photos, videos, and recordings for promotional, educational, and archival purposes across digital and print media, including but not limited to social media, websites, publications, and presentations.I release and hold harmless WE ARE IN AI™, its directors, employees, contractors, landowners, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of these photos, videos, or recordings. This release applies to current and future media formats, with no limitation on time or geographic location. I acknowledge that all media captured by WE ARE IN AI™ remains its sole property, and I will not receive compensation for the use of such photos, videos, or recordings.
2. Release of Liability By purchasing a ticket, I acknowledge that the ticket grants access only to the specific event on the date and at the location specified. Tickets are provided "as is" and do not include additional support such as travel, accommodation, meals beyond what is stated, or other services not explicitly described in the event listing.I release WE ARE IN AI™, its officers, directors, employees, agents, landowners, and representatives from any liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, or expenses related to my participation in the event. I also agree to indemnify WE ARE IN AI™ and its representatives for any liability incurred as a result of my participation, including associated legal costs.WE ARE IN AI™ reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant at any time without obligation to issue a refund, including participants who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the educational nature of the event.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to WE ARE IN AI™ at least 7 days before the event date for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. If WE ARE IN AI™ cancels or changes the event date, all registered participants will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. WE ARE IN AI™ reserves the right to modify the agenda, session content, topics, speakers, and featured tracks at any time. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. Nature of the Event
The Responsible AI Forum is an educational co-creation experience, not a commercial product or professional service. This is a public forum. Participants should only share information appropriate for a public setting. WE ARE IN AI™ is not responsible for any information disclosed publicly by participants during the event.The forum is designed as a broad, educational, and regional visioning experience. It is not a regulatory, compliance, legal, or policy advisory session, and should not be treated as such. Participants are expected to contribute from their personal and professional experience. Sharing of confidential, proprietary, or sensitive organizational information is not appropriate and is discouraged. The forum and its findings do not constitute legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice of any kind. WE ARE IN AI™ is not responsible for any independent decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from participation in this forum or from the San Diego Responsible AI Pulse 2026.
5. Contributions & the San Diego Responsible AI Pulse 2026
All insights and outputs generated during the forum are developed collectively. By participating, I consent to my contributions informing the San Diego Responsible AI Pulse 2026, which will be synthesized, edited, and published by WE ARE IN AI™.I acknowledge and agree that:

The following are proprietary to WE ARE IN AI™ and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws:
These methodologies, frameworks, and tools may not be replicated, reproduced, adapted, distributed, or used in any form — in whole or in part — without the prior written permission of WE ARE IN AI™. Participation in this event does not grant any license or rights to use, teach, or commercialize these methodologies.
7. Communications & Future Contact
By registering for this event, I agree to be contacted by WE ARE IN AI™ regarding this event, follow-up materials including the San Diego Responsible AI Pulse 2026, and future events, initiatives, or opportunities organized or affiliated with WE ARE IN AI™. I understand that I may unsubscribe from communications at any time by contacting WE ARE IN AI™ directly.
8. Participant Guidelines & Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively throughout the forum. In addition, participants agree to the following:
Registration & attendance
Registrations are reviewed on an individual basis. While we are committed to building an inclusive and welcoming space, we are equally intentional about curating a diverse audience across industries, backgrounds, and perspectives that can meaningfully contribute to the collaborative nature of the event. As an educational event, WE ARE IN AI™ reserves the right to approve, decline, or waitlist registrations at our discretion.
WE ARE IN AI™ reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the spirit and educational nature of the event, without obligation to issue a refund.
9. Acknowledgment By completing the registration and participating in the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
