Submit Your Proposal

Your submission will be evaluated based on:

• Relevance: How well your talk aligns with one or more of the themes above.
• Originality: The uniqueness and innovative nature of your work or perspective. 
• Community Impact: The educational value and potential to inspire or empower approaches focused on human-centered Responsible AI and innovation.
• Clarity & Conciseness: Your ability to present a clear, focused message within 5 minutes.  
• Rights & Ownership: Presentations must be based on publicly available work that you own or have the rights to share. 

                Important notes:

• This is a volunteer, unpaid opportunity focused on community benefit.  
• Presentations cannot be commercial or promotional in nature.  
• Please submit only one proposal per person. Multiple submissions will result in disqualification.
• All talks must comply with our community guidelines, and by submitting your proposal, you agree to the Terms & Conditions.
